Selfportrait is building a new -- virtual -- gallery, where you will be able to buy art so fresh and young it hasn't even been conceived yet. We need a unique logo for the gallery, and will praise to the celestial bodies above someone who can make a stylish, not too complicated one for us. Dear selfportrait community, We just want to thank everyone who has been a part of this website over the last year, and let you know that this summer selfportrait will be getting a fix-up, which means a lot of things made smoother and more robust, and new features to help artists, collectors, art schools and galleries link up in positive ways, and to help emerging artists sell work. We also realize we haven't formally introduced ourselves - we are four Bard college students trying to bring you a great site that takes advantage of technology to help young, emerging artists get exposure in the art world, and subsequently to produce shows that facilitate that exposure. That said, we want to take this preliminary opportunity to call for an open dialogue...
